As new homeowners, we wanted to give our little house some character, but didn't want to pay character prices. We quickly found that many of our dream decor could be built with inexpensive materials and just a little time and patience - the finished product still looks and functions great, but didn't break the bank. The desire to decorate turned into a hobby, the hobby turned into a passion. We are ready to pass that passion onto others - with reasonable prices and quality service.

We know that the most important part of the buying experience is customer service, which is why we proudly do free local delivery and free help with installation. If you're a little farther away, we'll still deliver for a minimal fee to cover the cost of travel, and guess what? The installation help is still free!

Beauty and THE BEARD
Meet the owners! We'll let you figure out which one is the beauty and which one is the beard...
Joe is the owner and founder of TIMBERBEARD and has had a dream of starting a small business ever since beginning to work on items for his home. His role at TIMBERBEARD is building the products, managing the financials, and agitating his wife.
Xochil is Joe's wife and co-owner of the business and helps tremendously with things Joe is awful at like social media and knowing what is currently in style from what items people want for their homes and color schemes.
Isaac is Xochil's and Joe's son and he hates the sound of a saw. His role currently is to be cute and occasionally hold a piece of wood. One day when he's older, he'll love the sound of cutting wood. It's the destiny of all men, after all... maybe.
Penny Lane is the family dog and hates the sound of a saw even more than Isaac. Her role is... well, we'll let you know when we figure it out. We have much less hope that she'll ever like the sound of cutting wood.
